To be able to play, you must register yourself in the Twingo database, so the Chief Twungi will recognize you and keep track of your Twollars (the Twingonet currency). One Twollars is about 15.67 USD, but you will not have to ever pay them, on the other hand, you will never get paid either.

Each game consists of three steps, and after the first and second you can hold any row of Twingos displayed - they will not change during Chief Twungi's reassessment of new random Twingos to be shown.

Furthermore, not only the middle horizontal row wins, but, in an act of unprevailed generosity, all "three"s win, i.e. horizontal, vertical, and, yes, diagonal, too. Plus, it's cumulative. Now, who can claim to have such a lovely Chief Twungi?
